高碳烃宽温度范围燃烧机理构建及动力学模拟   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
发动机中燃料点火特性以及燃烧能量的释放对于发动机设计具有非常重要的作用,为了提高燃料的燃烧效率以及减少燃料在燃烧过程中污染物的排放,基于反应动力学机理对燃料燃烧过程的模拟就显得十分必要。因此需要更加深入的认识碳氢燃料的燃烧机理,探索其在燃烧过程中十分复杂的化学反应网络。为了发展能够适用于实际燃料多工况条件(宽温度范围、宽压力范围和不同当量比)燃烧的燃烧机理,基于碳氢燃料机理自动生成程序ReaxGen构建了正癸烷燃烧详细机理(包含1499个物种,5713步反应)和正十一烷燃烧详细机理(包含1843个物种,6993步反应)。详细机理主要由小分子核心机理和高碳烃类(C5以上)机理两部分组成。为了验证机理的合理性与可靠性,本文对于高碳烃燃烧新机理在点火延时时间以及物种浓度曲线进行了动力学分析,并与实验数据及国内外同类机理进行了对比,结果表明本文提出的正癸烷和正十一烷燃烧新机理在比较宽泛的温度、压力和当量比条件下都具有较高的模拟精度,为发展精确航空煤油燃烧模型提供了基础数据。同时考虑到详细机理的复杂性以及机理分析的计算量大和时耗长,本文基于误差传播的直接关系图形(Directed Relation Graph with Error Propagation,DRGEP)方法简化得到的包含709组分2793反应的正癸烷和包含820组分3115反应的正十一烷简化机理,使用DRGEP方法时所采用的数据点选自压力范围从1.0×10~5 Pa到1.0×10~6Pa,当量比范围从0.5到2.0,初始温度范围从600到1400时恒压点火的模拟结果在点火延迟时间附近区域的抽样,同时在正癸烷机理简化中选取正癸烷、O_2和N_2作为初始预选组分,正十一烷的机理简化中主要选取正十一烷、O_2和N_2作为初始预选组分,得到的简化机理在比较宽泛的条件下的预测结果与详细机理吻合很好。最后结合敏感度分析方法分析了正癸烷和正十一烷的点火延迟敏感性,考察了机理中影响点火的关键反应。结果表明:这些机理能够合理描述正癸烷和正十一烷的自点火特性,在工程计算流体力学仿真设计中有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

钒酸铋(BiVO_4)是最有前景的将太阳能转化为氢能(STH)的光阳极材料之一,但其本身严重的电子-空穴复合严重影响了其实用性。本文中,我们报道了用一步电沉积法将高效的二元ZnCo-LDH助催化剂沉积在钒酸铋(BiVO_4)光阳极上,大大提升了钒酸铋(Bi VO4)的光吸收能力,并且加速了水氧化反应动力学,显著促进了光生空穴向半导体表面的转移,减轻了表面电荷复合。BiVO_4/ZnCo-LDH光阳极在1.23 V(vs RHE)偏压下,0.5 mol·L-1磷酸钾(KPi)电解液中的光电流密度达到2.85 mA·cm~(-2),是纯BiVO_4的2.59倍,且起始电位(Von)从930 m V下降到270 m V。BiVO_4/ZnCo-LDH复合光阳极表现出65%的高表面电荷分离效率(1.23 V(vs RHE)),而纯BiVO_4的仅为30%。  相似文献

金属纳米颗粒在材料、催化、医学、环境等众多领域应用广泛,其中,金、银、铂、钯等贵金属的纳米颗粒作为良好的催化剂可提高反应的速率,因此,贵金属纳米颗粒的合成吸引了众多研究者的关注。传统的物理化学法虽能高效、可控地合成贵金属纳米颗粒,但是合成条件苛刻、成本昂贵、且会产生对环境有害的化学物质。因此,探索节能、环保、可持续的绿色合成方法成为纳米合成研究的热点之一。贵金属纳米颗粒的微生物合成法具备绿色合成技术的诸多要素,研究表明某些微生物能将金属盐转化成纳米材料,且微生物繁殖速度快、培养成本低、生长条件温和,从而得到了研究者们的广泛关注。本文归纳总结了目前微生物合成贵金属纳米颗粒的主要研究进展,包括贵金属纳米颗粒可能的合成机制以及尺寸与形貌控制方法,探讨了其在医学、催化、生物传感、环境方面的具体应用,并对贵金属纳米颗粒微生物合成的未来发展进行了展望。  相似文献

In the present work, a facile and environmental method was developed to fabricate the novel functionalized MoS2 hybrid. Firstly, MoS2 nanosheets were coated with polydopamine (PDA) through the self‐polymerization of dopamine (MoS2‐PDA) in a buffer solution. Then the decoration of Ni(OH)2 on the MoS2‐PDA was synthesized because of the strong affinity of Ni2+ with hydroxyl groups in PDA. Finally, the as‐synthesized MoS2‐PDA@Ni(OH)2 was introduced into poly(lactic acid) (PLA) matrix to explore flame retardancy, thermal stability, and crystalline property of the composites. As confirmed by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier‐transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), the MoS2 nanosheets were dually modified with PDA and Ni(OH)2 without destroying the original structures. The thermal degradation of PLA with MoS2‐PDA@Ni(OH)2 generated a notably higher yield of char. Moreover, the crystallization rate of composites is higher than neat PLA. The cone calorimeter test revealed that the introduction of 3% MoS2‐PDA@Ni(OH)2 resulted in lower Peak Heat Release Rate (PHRR) (decreased by 21.7%). Thus, the research provided an innovative functionalization method for manufacturing PLA composites with high performances.  相似文献

Particulate matter (PM) is a major air pollutant, which has a significant impact on public health. Filtration of PM through filters is a common method to protect the environment. However, the effective removal of PM with conventional filters still remains a challenge because of its small sizes. Here, we reported the formation of ultrafine polyamide 6 (PA‐6) nanofiber membranes formed with needleless electrospinning, in which both relative humidity condition and electrode type were included in the discussion. The PA‐6S nanofibers formed by using spiral electrode as a spinneret at 60% RH had the diameter of 33 nm, while the PA‐6C nanofibers formed by using cylindrical electrode had the diameter of 120 nm. With the integration of fine diameter, small pore size, and high porosity, the resultant PA‐6S nanofiber membrane exhibits high filtration efficiency of 99.42% and low pressure drop of 85.5 Pa under a face velocity of 85 L/min. Besides, it took only 10 minutes to reduce the concentration of PM2.5 from 999 to 34.1 μg/m3 when used to filter real PM particles.  相似文献

Determining the adsorption configurations of organic molecules on surfaces, especially for relatively small molecules, is a key issue for understanding the microscopic physical and chemical processes in surface science. In this work, we have applied low-temperature ultrahigh-vacuum tip-enhanced Raman scattering (TERS) technique to distinguish the configurations of small 4,4′-bipyridine (44BPY) molecules adsorbed on the Ag(111) surface. The observed Raman spectra exhibit notable differences in the spectral features which can be assigned to three different molecular orientations, each featuring a specific fingerprint pattern based on the TERS selection rule that determines the distribution of the relative intensities of different vibrational peaks. Furthermore, such a small molecule can in turn act as a local probe to provide information on the local electric field distribution at the tip apex. Our work showcases the capability of TERS technique for obtaining information on adsorption configurations of small molecules on surfaces down to the single-molecule level, which is of fundamental importance for many applications in the fields of molecular science and surface chemistry.  相似文献

Agar microspheres were prepared by water–oil emulsification and cross‐linked under alkaline condition. The thermoresponsive hydrophobic copolymer, poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide‐co‐lauryl methacrylate‐co‐acrylamide), was grafted on the agar microspheres via atom transfer radical polymerization. The agar microspheres grafted with copolymers were characterized by light microphotography, elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The chain lengths and hydrophobic monomer ratio of the grafting linear polymer had significant effects on the hydrophobicity and adsorption capacity of agar microspheres at different temperatures. The thermoresponsive microspheres were used for separation of proteins and showed binding and release behavior by change of temperatures without change in mobile phase composition. Thus, we suggest thermoresponsive agar microspheres as an alternative separation media for all‐aqueous bioseparations.  相似文献
